Terms
Freight and Shipping
Stocked items are dispatched the same day if your order is placed before 4:00 PM. All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Orders under 5kg are shipped in overnight Express air bags, where available.
Responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer once they are handed over to the carrier. Please note, online stock levels are not reflective of individual shop stock levels. Insurance liability rests with the buyer.
Customers will receive dispatch tracking numbers after 4:00 PM on the day of dispatch. Please be aware that tracking on the Australia Post website is generally not available until after 5:00 PM on the day of dispatch.

International Orders
International orders are shipped via DHL or EMS Express International Freight, unless otherwise specified on the individual product page. EMS Post charges are as follows:
- AU$50.00 per 5kg
- AU$20.00 for each additional 5kg or part thereof
The online shopping cart will automatically calculate the parcel weight for you.
Payment Methods
Money Orders
Payable to Vineltech. If you place an order using our online form, please send the money order along with your purchase ID number. Your order will proceed once the money order is received.
Cheques
Payable to Vimeltech. Orders will proceed once the cheque funds have cleared.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
You can make payments via EFT at any Westpac or Bank of Melbourne branch or through online banking:

All prices displayed in our online catalogue are inclusive of GST.
Legal Responsibilities
Vimeltech sells some items that may be illegal to use in certain areas. For example, recording telephone conversations is illegal on Telstra lines and many other networks. We offer these products for sale on the condition that customers comply with their local laws and regulations.
Vimeltech makes no representations regarding the legality of product applications such as recording or transmitting video or audio signals of others without their knowledge or consent. We strongly encourage all customers to familiarise themselves with applicable local, state, and federal laws before using any surveillance equipment or radio frequency devices.
